How do gyokku ninja squads train and operate?

The core of the Gyokku Ninja Clan is loyalty.

Clan members show utter loyalty to each other, and the same loyalty to the Clan itself. But this isn't the loyalty of the army, rather it is the loyalty of family. Clan members must think of each other as family, and show the same loyalty to each other as family shows.

 

 

Naturally, this is best achieved when your clan members are actual family

But if you induct outsiders, this is the core code of the clan. Naturally, an outsider is not expected to show this level of loyalty in the beginning months, but he or she should be showing this level of loyalty before you start teaching them truly lethal methodology.
