Go for a VERY tough physical training regimen - we have found that such a regimen 'burns out' all those not of great mind and spirit - and a great mind and a great spirit are the core of what it takes to be ninja.
Make sure that there is a great spirit of co-operation and brotherhood when the ninja squad train together, rather than competition or rivalry with each other. Ninja help one another to grow - there are NO weak ninja. If one member of the squad is weak in any area, it falls to his brother ninja to help him intensify his training in that area until he is as strong as everyone else.

This is really the core of the Way of the Ninja. Encourage this, achieve this among your group of ninja, and your section of the Gyokku Ninja Clan will achieve greatness.
